Auditions are open for The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Concord Women’s Chorus, Consonare Choral Community, Convivium Musicum, Jubilate Chorale, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, The Oriana Consort and Oure Pleasure Singers. 7:30 PM. Connecticut Choral Society [CT]: Summer Choral Workshops presented by the Connecticut Choral Society. Master teacher offers summer choral workshops! Singers of all levels are invited to attend one or all three Choral Workshops with master teacher and celebrated mezzo-soprano Elizabeth Russo. We especially encourage local choirs and other chorus singers to attend. Classes will include light physical warm-ups and stretches, vocal technique, including both group and individual instruction, and work on choral repertoire. No auditions are required. Elizabeth Russo has over 30 years of teaching and performing experience in NYC and CT. Charge: $28 per workshop. Advanced online registration with payment is suggested.
