Auditions are open for Allegra Commonwealth Singers, Cantilena Voices, Convivium Musicum, Crescendo Inc, Eudaimonia Voices, Halalisa Singers, JourneySongs, Old North Festival Chorus and Old North Church , The Seraphim Singers, Sheepscot Chorus, Shir Joy Chorus, St. Cecilia Chamber Choir and West Bay Chorale. 7:15 PM. Highland Glee Club [MA]: Open Rehearsals. The Highland Glee Club will begin its 111th Season with Monday rehearsals, which (through January 28) are open to all interested men. The only requirements are a love of singing, the ability to hold a tune, and the ability attend weekly rehearsals. The winter concert will be Sunday, December 2. The HGC is a men's chorus with more than 25 members from the Greater Boston area. The group is directed by David Tiedman, music director at the Pilgrim Church in Sherborn, and accompanied by Maxim Lubarsky, a jazz pianist with classical training.
