Auditions are open for Back Bay Chorale, Brattleboro Camerata, Brattleboro Concert Choir, The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Music, GM Chorale, Jameson Singers, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, New England Classical Singers, The Oriana Consort and Zamir Chorale of Boston. 7:00 PM. Chorus pro Musica [MA]: New Member Auditions. Chorus pro Musica is holding auditions for all voice parts (SATB) by appointment, Aug. 29 between 7–10 pm. The audition will include vocalization, hearing, and sight-reading exercises; singers will also be asked to prepare a short solo. CpM rehearses on Monday nights at Old South Church, Copley Sq, Boston; there will be additional rehearsals during concert weeks. Our 2016–2017 season includes Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis, Candlelight Christmas at Old South, and the concert version of Gershwin’s Of Thee I Sing.
