Auditions

Auditions are open for Allegra Commonwealth Singers, Cantilena Voices, Convivium Musicum, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Inc, Eudaimonia Voices, Halalisa Singers, JourneySongs, Old North Festival Chorus and Old North Church , The Seraphim Singers, Sheepscot Chorus, St. Cecilia Chamber Choir and West Bay Chorale. iCal 7:00 PM. The Jubilate Chamber Choir [MA]: Hope in the Darkness. Movements from Johannes Brahms’ A German Requiem, as well as selections from Felix Mendelssohn, Jonathan Battishill, and Nicholas White, interspersed with poems written by local New England artists that enhance each musical piece. The performance is an offering of choral music and poetry to comfort and inspire us as the twilight of the year approaches. Tickets: $20 at the door, $15 in advance. A portion of the proceeds from both concerts will be donated to The Resettlement Partnership, a local groundswell organization of faith communities, resettlement service providers, and others that supports refugees in northeast Massachusetts.
