Ogontz Choral Workshop
The Ogontz Choral Workshop offers extraordinary opportunities for singers, church musicians, and choral conductors to explore repertoire with one of the world’s leading choral directors. Registration is open to anyone — no auditions are required. Past participants have come from across North America and beyond and have included singers and musicians of all backgrounds.
The Ogontz Choral Workshop 2026 cost of attendance is $1.500. The cost of attendance includes Workshop tuition, music rental, lodging and meals. Workshop scholarships and financial assistance are available through the Ogontz Arts Foundation.
Repertoire for 2026 includes Johannes Brahms: Ein Deutsches Requiem and Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina: Missa Papae Marcelli.
The program also includes opportunities for voice lessons and masterclasses, a conducting workshop, and an open sing including public participation on July 15, 2026.
The staff includes David Hill, Choral Conductor and Workshop Leader; Caroline O’Dwyer and Jolle Greenleaf, vocal instructors; and Peter Kelmelis, Collaborative Pianist.
