Pioneer Valley Symphony Summer Sings
Open, community events, an informal and musically rewarding experience. Each is led by a different conductor, who will share comments, work on tricky sections, and then conduct a sing-and-play-through. Singers of all experience levels are welcome. You need not have performed the work before, but will probably get the most out of the experience if you enjoy sight reading or are familiar with the work.
Bring your own score or borrow a copy at the door. Instrumentalists are invited to join a pick-up chamber orchestra, accompanied by pianist Larry Picard. Parts are available on IMSLP or in our music library.
