Vermont Arts Council

Since 1965, the Vermont Arts Council has been the state's primary provider of funding, advocacy, and information for the arts in Vermont. The Vermont Arts Council is unique. It is the only designated state arts agency in the U.S. that is also an independent nonprofit organization.

Mission: To cultivate and advance the arts and creativity throughout Vermont.

Rhode Island State Council on the Arts

Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA) was established in 1967. It provides grants, technical assistance and support to artists, arts organizations, schools, community centers, social service organizations, and local governments to bring the arts into the lives of Rhode Islanders. RISCA employs a variety of methods to carry out its work, including grant-making, strategic partnerships, outreach and facilitation.

Connecticut Office of the Arts

The Office of the Arts is the state agency charged with fostering the health of Connecticut's creative economy. Part of the state's Department of Economic and Community Development, the Office of the Arts is funded by the State of Connecticut as well as the National Endowment for the Arts.
