Choral Arts New England is planning two New England workshops based on the success of the three workshops held last year in MA, CT, and NH. Don't miss your chance to register for one of these engaging and meaningful workshops! 

Based on carefully analyzed data collected via surveys to the Choral Arts community, Choral Arts New England has found that singer recruitment and retention to be a primary concern of New England choruses. To help our choral community address these issues, Choral Arts New England has formed a unique partnership with People First Technologies (PFT), a company that uses advanced data science to analyze and develop solutions to increase engagement and retention. PFT has agreed to use its proprietary platform to help address recruitment and retention in choruses.  

Participants will work through an engaging exercise where they together explore challenges and solutions to singer recruitment and retention and will be supported in their efforts to work within their choruses to apply their learnings.
