Description

A Goodlie Companye is a small madrigal group which performs medieval and renaissance music in period costumes throughout the central and eastern Massachusetts area. Our repertoire is primarily SATB a cappella, but also includes instrumental dance music of the period played on recorders, cittern, psaltery, hand drums, etc. We are a volunteer group which performs for free, and rehearses at members' houses on a rotating basis every Thursday evening year-round.
