Description

The Chorale is a faith-based choral group that is open to those who wish to sing sacred music. No church affiliation, however, is needed to become a member or sing with us. We offer one concert each year free to the public, generally in March or April, with rehearsals beginning in early January. For our concert, we wear choir robes from the various churches represented by our members. Robes are supplied for those not affiliated with a church choir. Each December, a group of members sing in a Christmas concert at Central Connecticut State University. Other singing opportunities are also available but vary each year.

Members are expected to pay for their music (usually $10-$15) and there is a $45 membership fee. We take a break during our rehearsal time for refreshment and social interaction. We value our time together, not only as singers but as friends.
