Description

The Cumberland-Lincoln Community Chorus includes singers from Rhode Island and SE Massachusetts, of all ages and from all musical backgrounds. All voices are welcome, and no audition is required. We perform an average of 15 concerts a year, including a series of community outreach concerts at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, churches & community events. The highlight of our year is the annual Spring Show performed at Woonsocket's Stadium Theater.

The repertoire we perform varies from classical to contemporary - with a fun mix of everything in between! We take great pride in being able to present some quite challenging pieces in addition to more popular works.

We have rehearsals every Tuesday night, 6:30-9:00pm from September - June at Wesley United Methodist Church, 55 Woodland St, Lincoln, RI 02865. We hold open registration twice yearly, in September and in January. CLCC also sponsors a Teen Apprentice program and awards a $500 scholarship every June.
