4:00 PM. Voices of Concinnity [CT]: Concert: Glass. Choral works by Cecilia McDowall, Kassia, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Morten Lauridsen, Margaret Bonds, Orlando di Lasso, Katerina Gimon, and more, including the U.S. premiere of a new work by Kerensa Briggs, that explores ways glass shapes how we see our world. At times, glass is shattered or acts as a barrier to the outside, but it also transforms what we see through magnification and color.
