Auditions are open for Back Bay Chorale, Brattleboro Camerata, Brattleboro Concert Choir, The Cambridge Chamber Singers , Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Music, GM Chorale, Jameson Singers, Lexington Pops Chorus, Masterworks Chorale, Mystic River Chorale, New England Classical Singers, The Oriana Consort and Zamir Chorale of Boston. 4:00 PM. Seraphim [MA]: A Seraphim Christmas. A joyful celebration of the season and Seraphim's annual winter wear clothing drive to benefit the homeless and those living on the margins. The program includes early works by Byrd, Sweelinck, and Praetorius; beautiful music by Walton, Leighton, Betinis, Cutter, and Harris; rollicking settings of Deck the Halls and Behold That Star; and Ukrainian and Swedish carols—and participate in a carol sing with the Seraphs. Join in Seraphim's community outreach program by bringing donations for the homeless and the hungry to the concert (see https://www.seraphimsingers.org/outreach).
