A workshop about how the Alexander Technique can improve performance, increase your comfort and joy in singing, and give you real tools to combat the aches, pains and discomforts of life as a human. All levels of singers are welcome, along with interested friends who only sing in the shower or the car. Lauren Schiff has been a full-time professor of the Alexander Technique at The Juilliard School since 1991, working with singers and instrumentalists of all levels.
