Auditions are open for Allegra Commonwealth Singers, Cantemus Chamber Chorus, Cantilena Voices, Convivium Musicum, Coro Allegro, Crescendo Inc, Eudaimonia Voices, GMChorale, Halalisa Singers, JourneySongs, Masterworks Chorale, Old North Festival Chorus and Old North Church , The Seraphim Singers, Sheepscot Chorus, St. Cecilia Chamber Choir, Tanglewood Festival Chorus, West Bay Chorale and Zamir Chorale of Boston. TBD. Chorus pro Musica [MA]: 2017–2018 auditions, by appointment. Chorus pro Musica still has openings for auditions for tenors and basses for the 2017-2018 season. CpM is a SATB volunteer adult chorus that rehearses on Monday nights, 7:30-10:00 pm, at Old South Church, Boston, with additional rehearsals during concert weeks. Those who audition will sing a prepared piece and take part in sight reading and vocalization exercises. CpM's 2017-2018 season includes a world premiere commission by Andy Vores in November and a performance of Elgar, The Dream of Gerontius with the Boston Philharmonic.
