Description

We are an SATB chorus of about 45 persons of all ages and backgrounds. We share a special appreciation of Italian music, language and culture. We mine the vast Italian repertoire to present unique programs of both well-loved and rarely performed choral music, including opera choruses, oratorios, folk songs, madrigals, and Italian Christmas carols. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at 7:00pm at the Dante Alighieri Society, 41 Hampshire St., Cambridge. Coro Dante is a friendly group that always welcomes new singers, and we share a social time with refreshments and wine after rehearsals.
