The A Cappella Singers, a chamber-sized community chorus of adult treble voices based in Natick, Massachusetts, is seeking a new piano accompanist. The choir sings both sacred and secular repertoire in a variety of styles ranging from classical to pop and presents two concerts per year on the first Saturday of December and the first Saturday of May. Most pieces are performed with piano accompaniment.

Rehearsals are Monday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fisk Memorial United Methodist Church, 106 Walnut Street, Natick. Semesters run from early September through early December and early January through early May. There is one additional Saturday morning rehearsal approximately halfway through each semester and a dress rehearsal the evening before each concert.

The successful applicant should be comfortable playing multiple musical styles. Good sight-reading skills and the ability to read open score are essential. Experience playing other keyboard instruments such as organ and running an occasional sectional rehearsal are helpful but not required. There will be an opportunity to present a piano solo as part of each concert. Compensation is $75 per call. Immediate start date. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
